Your offer of free WI-FI and free long distance phones. You were able to recover most items we left in the room, when we checked out,
1)The refrigerator was smaller than expected and was not working properly. 2)When we made our reservation, we were led to believe that you offered Shabbos and Chag meals(at extra cost)but when we arrived, this was not the case.

Roam the city, go to the beach, visit relative
The parking setup is poor They should also allow include bill I'm the Hotel bill even if it means to modify the price structure

We had very nice stay.
Enjoyed our 8 nights stay. Our double room was more than airy. The hotel had indeed a marvellous and decent location on the boardwalk. And it was also just off the beach road, port and the beach promenade, restaurants, convenience stores.

Location next to the beach. Family suite was excellent...large and spacious for a family. It had a great size bedroom and living area along with a kitchen. Best value on the beach for families. Very good breakfast.
Single rooms were a bit small but acceptable.

It was in a good location with Tel Aviv Promenade nearby. The pool was nice, the staff was amazing friendly. The hotel met required needs, I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location. Rooms are OK, small. Staff members were all in all fine.
Slight issue when checking in. The room that was given to me at first had a problem with the AC, the recepcionist at the desk gave me attitude when a new room was requested. However, in the end she had no choice but to give me a new room.

Very enjoyable stay. Staff helpful and friendly. Excellent location. Rooms small but nicely decorated and clean.
I didn't like the fact that we ordered a "studio" room and it came with a microwave and no other facilities like a fridge or plates or cutlery. There was a mini bar but you couldn't put milk in it or anything. Felt a bit cheated about that.

The sea view from our room seemed like a movie scene, and the complimentary bike rental killed it! Plus, the clean and cozy vibes. Can't forget the 24-hour security. It kept the peace.

The breakfast buffet is nice expensive (20USD) especially since there's no alternative but to eat outside.

The staff were very helpful especially the Food and Beverages Manager and our chambermaid. Very useful also that there is free use of the Holmes Place gym
Rooms and storage space in them is quite restrcited so its difficult to keep the room tidy during a long stay. ALso limited evening menu.
